Washington Crossing is a village in Upper Makefield Township, Pennsylvania. As its name suggests, the village is most famous for being the launch point of George Washington's crossing of the Delaware River on Christmas during the Revolutionary War. In honor of this event, Washington's Crossing has an annual, nighttime crossing of the river.
