PRE-MOVE PREP & PACKING
• Boxes & Containers: Pack and tape all boxes before we arrive. Plastic bins with lids are fine; no bags.
• Fragile Items: Pack lamps, artwork, glass tops, and knickknacks into boxes. Bubble-wrap any artwork too large
for a box. Some customers find it easier to move these items ahead of time instead of packing.
• Dressers: Empty all drawers before move day.
• Attics & Crawl Spaces: Move items to a central location unless our crew can fully stand up in these areas.
FURNITURE, BEDS & ELECTRONICS
• Mattresses: Buy mattress bags (available at Home Depot, Lowe's, or U-Haul). Our crew will slip them on for you.
Alert us if you have a Sleep Number or specialty mattress, as they may require a third-party service.
• Cribs & Bunk Beds: For liability reasons, we do not disassemble or reassemble these.
• Televisions: We do not mount or unmount TVs. We will pad-wrap them on move day.
APPLIANCES & RESTRICTED ITEMS
• Appliances: Empty all refrigerators and freezers. Disconnect gas and water lines before we arrive, or hire a
plumber to do so.
• Non-Allowable Items: No flammables, liquids, or perishables are allowed on the truck.
PAYMENT TERMS
• Methods: Due upon completion via personal check. Certain moves require a certified check, which we will
discuss beforehand.
• Credit Cards: Requires advance notice and incurs a 3% processing fee.
